Shipping Policy

Processing Time All Ocean Home Studio lamps and other items are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed Friday through Sunday begin production the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship free to all US addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery after shipment is 2-5 business days for the contiguous US and 5-10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. We ship via USPS from Eureka, California (95503).

International Shipping We offer a $30 flat rate to all international destinations for items under 1 lb shipping in a box under 10x10x10 inches. Estimated delivery is 1-4 weeks depending on destination. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees charged upon delivery in their country.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at oceanhomestudio1@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. Ocean Home Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
